Brunch but not bottomless, a definite first for me. There was a few wines the previous eve. So since there was going to be no alcohol involved it had to be pretty special. Me and the boy were feeling pretty lazy so we kept it local and wandered over to Balans Soho Society for a hangover fix.
Although in the busy Westfield shopping centre it didn’t feel chaotic, perfectly chilled.
Tea for me. Look at the cute milk churn tin!
Mike looking enthused as always with his coffee.
To compensate for the lack of prosecco I had to order the fanciest dish on the menu. Lobster benedict with avocado, bacon and hollandaise. Oh my gawwwwd. The slightly toasted muffin, the perfectly ripe sliced avo, the crispy bacon….and beaut pieces of lobster….I just can’t. Best breakfast combo everrr.
Mike went for the full English. Potatoes instead of beans… hmmm ok. Good banger and poachies.
Really good spot for brunchin. Love the decor and the fact the menu is on all day. Service was a tad slow but we were in no rush. I’ll defo be back for that lobster beni it- was a dream.
