I was catching up with my old pal Holly, so we needed a brunch. A bottomless brunch. A different kinda brunch. Paradise garage looked cool and was onmy side of town so off we went.
Very cool menu. This was no ordinary eggs beni place. We started with our flutes of fizz and decided to share as much as we could as I wanted to try errrrrything.
Beef tongue and brioche– my gawd this was tasty. Tiny but mighty!
Bacon wrapped prunes and tom chutney…..mmmmmm such a tease with only three.
For main I got the pork belly with creamy kale and cabbage, I was so impressed with all the flavours, even kale tasted amazing. Hols had skinny sausages with a potato hash, and a fried egg hiding under all the leaves.
Lush day! Paradise Garage was a little quiet, so atmosphere was lacking a little but we were kept topped up the whole afternoon and really enjoyed the unique food. I’d recommend for the foodies but not those with a big appetite!
